Décor-wise alone there is usually a lot to do due to details …, one way to go through this process with lesser stress and frustration is to try and delegate, seek help from mates to assist you to get things done.
We had the privilege of designing and making this beautiful cake-cupcake stand for our friend Khaya for her brother’s wedding. It had room for about 200 cupcakes, a height of 90cm, 5 tiers of diameters; 20, 30,45, 55 and 65cm respectively top to bottom. The tiers were dark oak sealed shutterply boards with the center pole being a natural tree off cut dry stem.
